Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of ethics, internal control and technology of information on the performance of employee performance. The research was conducted at the headquarters OF Perumda BPR Bank, Lamongan. The phenomenon of this research is that optimal employee management needs to be done in order to create good employees. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study is all employees at the headquarters of Perumda BPR Bank, Lamongan, is 99 employees. Sampling use a total sampling. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. Data management using SPSS version 24 program. The results showed that partial ethical variables, internal control intern and information technology were positive and significant to the performance of Office employees at the centre OF Perumda BPR Bank of Lamongan. Based on simultaneous test results, ethics, internal control and information technology positively and significantly affect the performance of employees at Perumda BPR Bank of Lamongan regional headquarters
