Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of age, years of service and recruitment system on work productivity. This research was conducted at PT.Ladang Hijau. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative research type using a questionnaire method for data collection, sampling techniques using total sampling where there are 44 respondents. This study uses data analysis tools such as Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, Coefficient of Determination, t Test, F Test. Data were analyzed using SPSS 18 program. The results showed that age and years of service had a significant effect on work productivity. While the recruitment system does not significantly influence work productivity. this is evidenced by the t test where t table amounted to 1.681 while t count age was 8.482, t count years of service amounted to 6.930 and t count recruitment system 0.645. The regression equation obtained: Y = 0.233 + 0.583X1 + 0.412X2 + 0.18X3 + e, so that the most dominant variable is age. While the f test was obtained 311.453 while the magnitude of the f table was 2.84. So partially, age and years of work have a significant effect while the recruitment system has no significant effect. While simultaneously age, years of service, and recruitment system significantly influence work productivity.
