Abstract

Finance finance companies in the city of Lamongan increased to be an important concern for the company's management. Management companies are required not only to get new customers, but also ask companies to get customers. They cannot introduce the product they want to offer to consumers with all its advantages, companies that spend money need a good strategy. Among them by improving the quality of service. In addition, cost of goods is also important in consumer purchasing decisions to use shopping services offered by companies. Simultaneous and partial service quality and price on consumer purchasing decisions using financing services at PT. Federal International Finance (FIF) Branch Lamongan. The results showed the quality of service and simultaneous and partial price were significant for purchasing decisions.
