This study aims to determine the effect of reward and leadership style on the performance of Lamongan District Education Office employees partially and simultaneously. This research is a research that uses quantitative methods. The population and sample in this study were all Civil Servants, amounting to 96 people. The sampling technique uses total sampling. The data used are primary data. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis. Data processing using SPSS Version 26. The results showed that partially the variable of giving rewards and leadership style influenced the performance of the Lamongan District Education Office employees. Based on the results of the simultaneous test, giving rewards and leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Lamongan District Education Office employees.
