Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of providing incentives and benefits to the performance of employees in the Lamongan Regional Education Office Branch. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were 52 staff of PNS Education Personnel in the Lamongan Region Education Office Branch. The sample in this study were 52 staff of PNS Education Personnel in the Branch Office of the Lamongan Region Education Office. The sampling technique uses total sampling. Data collection methods used are documentation and study of literature. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained from the Education Office Branch of the Lamongan Region. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis, while for data processing using SPSS Version 26. The results showed that the simultaneous provision of incentives and benefits affected employee performance. Partially, giving incentives has a positive and significant effect on employee performance productivity. The provision of benefits has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Agencies need to continue to pay attention to variables that affect employee performance This is important in order to provide services to the community.
