This research aims to test and analyse the influence of the work environment, work discipline and work motivation towards employee performance. This research was conducted in UD. Lyly Bakery in Lamongan regency. The research sample consisted of 75 people and it was selected using saturated sampling techniques, it is meant all member of the population used as samples. The unit of analysis in this study is all employees of UD. Lyly Bakery. Data were analyzed using IMB SPSS Statistics 24 software. The results of the study showed that partially the work environment had a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline partially had a significant effect on employee performance and work motivation had a significant effect employee performance, while the result of the analysis simultaneously showed that work environment, work discipline, and work
motivation have a significant effect on the employee performance of UD. Lyly Bakery in Lamongan Regency.
