This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of discipline on employee performance and work environment on employee performance. The population in this study were employees of the Central Surgical Installation (IBS) Dr. Soegiri Lamongan totaled 39 employees. The sampling method used was population sampling, in which all members of the population were sampled. The results showed that discipline and work environment can improve employee performance.
